Accountant

We are looking for a competent and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team supporting a chain of restaurants in Dubai.

This role is ideal for candidates with strong hospitality accounting experience, who can manage day-to-day accounting, ensure accurate financial records, and support reporting and compliance across multiple outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain general ledger and ensure accurate accounting entries
• Supervise Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
• Perform bank, cash, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Assist in monthly closing, P&L preparation, and financial reporting
• Monitor expenses and ensure proper cost allocation
• Support VAT compliance and filing requirements
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and company policies
• Coordinate with operations, procurement, and finance teams

Key Requirements

• Mandatory: Experience in Hospitality / F&B / Restaurant industry
• Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Prologic software
• 3–5 years of experience in accounting role
• Strong knowledge of GL, AP, AR, and reconciliations
• Good understanding of UAE VAT regulations
• Proficient in Excel and financial reporting
• High attention to detail and analytical skills
• Immediate joiners preferred
