DETAILS ABOUT THE POSITION

Responsibilities:

• Full-Cycle Management: Oversee AP/AR processes from start to finish.
• Daily Operations: Process journal entries, debits, credits, and payroll.
• Reconciliations: Perform complex bank and credit card reconciliations across multiple platforms.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly P&L, Balance Sheets, and financial statements.
• Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to Canadian Accounting Standards and regulatory requirements.
• Data Analysis: Provide monthly status reports and insights to leadership.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

• Software Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, and Advanced Excel.

• Standards: Strong knowledge of Canadian accounting principles.

• Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Compensation & Work Environment:

• Location: Remote (Egypt based)
• Budget: $500 per month.
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (5:00 PM – 1:00 AM KSA time) + 4 flexible hours on Saturday.
