H2O Pure Blue LLC is home to leading brands in the sustainability sector, specializing in reusable water bottles and advanced water filtration solutions. As we grow our multi-brand portfolio across diverse sales channels—including E-Commerce, B2B, and international markets—we need a skilled professional to anchor our financial and administrative operations.

This is a critical, hands-on position for a qualified accountant who thrives on autonomy and variety. You will be the sole in-house expert responsible for the entire accounting function and core office administration for our three brands. You must be adept at managing a multi-cost-center structure and understand the nuances of revenue streams from both digital and traditional B2B channels. What You Will Do:

Financial Management & Accounting:

• Own the full accounting cycle for multiple brands and sales channels (E-Com, B2B, Local, International).
• Accurately record and reconcile revenues, expenses, and inventory across different cost centers. Perform monthly cash, bank, and inter-company reconciliations.
• Prepare detailed monthly financial statements and management reports for each brand/channel. Handle end-to-end accounts payable: vendor payments, order tracking, and reconciliation. Manage accounts receivable, including issuing customer quotations, invoices and SOAs. Ensure 100% compliance with UAE regulations: process monthly WPS payroll, and file TAX returns accurately and on time.

Administration & HR Operations:

• Oversee basic HR functions: maintain the attendance system, manage employee records, and coordinate visa renewals with our PRO. Safeguard and organize all critical company documents and licenses.
• Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

Qualified: Holds a relevant degree (Finance/Accounting) or professional qualification.

A UAE Expert: Minimum 3 years of practical, hands-on accounting experience within the UAE is mandatory, with a clear understanding of local VAT, WPS, and commercial regulations.

Technically Proficient: Highly skilled in accounting software (e.g., XERO, QuickBooks, Tally, Zoho Books) and advanced MS Excel.

Structured & Analytical: Proven experience managing accounts for multiple brands, channels, or cost centers. You can maintain clarity and accuracy across complex structures.

A Self-Reliant Pro: As the sole person in this department, you are organized, proactive, and able to manage finance and admin priorities independently with minimal supervision.

Detail-Oriented: Exceptional accuracy and a commitment to integrity in all financial matters.

An Excellent Communicator: Fluent in English.
