Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate financial statements in compliance with GAAP to ensure transparency and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
• Lead the month-end close process, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately and on time to maintain operational efficiency.
• Conduct detailed variance analysis, identifying trends and discrepancies, and presenting actionable recommendations to management for improved financial performance.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including timely invoicing and follow-up for collections, to optimize cash flow and minimize outstanding debts.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; a
• CPA certification is essential, demonstrating a commitment to professional standards and expertise in accounting principles.
• A minimum of 4-7 years of relevant work experience in accounting, preferably within the finance sector or a multinational corporation.
• Experience with financial analysis and reporting, showcasing the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights.
