We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accountant to join our financial team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of accounting functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting the organization’s financial health. Your expertise will help maintain accurate financial records, prepare essential reports, and contribute to strategic financial planning.

Responsibilities:
- Post accounting entries including AP, AR, and GL transactions.
- Perform bank, escrow and general ledger reconciliations.
- Track A/R and A/P to ensure timely cash flow compliance.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Analyze financial information and report variances.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements scheduled by property.
- Prepare monthly rent-toll reports.
- Conduct internal audit controls.
- Maintain organized financial records.
- Proactively inform senior management of financial underperformance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or associates degree in Business, Finance or Accounting
- 3+ years of experience
- Bilingual
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
Pay: $60,000.00 per year
