KEY SKILLS:
- Must have Bachelor’s Degree
- Must have 2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar role based in the Qatar.
- Experience with Sales & purchase ledger entry.
- Should be know very well inventory management & filling document.
- Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Must have experience MS office ( world , excel) ...
- Strong ability in English speaking & writing and help with management.
FULL JOB DESCRIPTION: Performing admin tasks such as answering enquiries and resolving issues from clients by phone and email.
- Reconciling the company’s bank statements.
- Monitoring of accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Preparing invoices, statements of accounts and recording of supplier invoices.
- Analyze all transactions, prepare journal entries and maintain the ledger.
- Preparing of Balance sheet, Profit and Loss statement, and other reports monthly, quarterly and annually.
- Coordinating and Assisting the External Auditor.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Doha: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
Experience:
- Accounting: 3 years (Preferred)
