First: Essential Requirements

• Minimum of two years of practical experience using Odoo Accounting
• Proven experience in preparing periodic financial reports
• Proficiency in handling the complete accounting cycle
• Strong ability for financial analysis and meticulous follow-up
• Punctuality and speed in completing tasks

Second: Main Responsibilities and Tasks

1) Managing the complete accounting cycle

• Recording journal entries
• Managing the general ledger (GL)
• Preparing the trial balance
• Monthly and annual reconciliations

2) Accounts payable and receivable

• Managing accounts payable (AP)
• Managing accounts receivable (AR)
• Managing debtors and creditors

3) Financial reporting and analysis

• Preparing financial statements
• Income statement (P&L)
• Balance sheet
• Preparing month-end reports
• Preparing year-end reports Reports)
• Budgeting & Forecasting
• Cash Flow Management

4) Operations & Reconciliations

• Bank Reconciliation
• Stock Reconciliation
• Fixed Assets Register Management
• Accruals & Provisions Processing

5) Compliance & Control

• Tax Filing
• Internal Controls Implementation
• WPS Payroll Processing
