Company Description

365 Plus General Trading L.L.C. is a leading wholesale mobile trading company specializing in the distribution of branded smartphones, tablets, and accessories across international markets. With continuous growth in our business, we have recently launched a new retail shop and are now looking for a dedicated Accountant to manage the accounting activities of the retail operation.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations for the retail shop
• Record sales, purchases, expenses, and inventory transactions
• Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
• Maintain accurate books of accounts
• Reconcile cash, bank, supplier, and customer accounts
• Assist in monthly and annual financial reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations
• Support management with financial data and reporting

Requirements

• Male or Female – Any Nationality
• "Well-groomed and professionally presentable candidates"
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks accounting software.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Experience in retail accounting is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Excel and QuickBooks
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
