Accountant

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Riyadh in a full-time, hybrid role.

This role is suited for someone who can take ownership of accounting functions with a high level of independence, while maintaining accuracy, structure, and financial discipline across the business.

The ideal candidate should have solid accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with accounting systems (preferably Wafeq), and a good understanding of Zakat, VAT, and financial compliance in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily accounting transactions and bookkeeping
  • Prepare and maintain financial records and reports
  • Handle invoicing, collections, and reconciliations
  • Ensure compliance with Zakat, VAT, and local regulations
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Coordinate with external accountants/auditors when needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation and financial tracking
  • Support budgeting and basic financial planning
  • Use accounting systems efficiently (Wafeq preferred)

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Relevant experience in accounting (2–5 years preferred)
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles
  • Experience with Wafeq accounting system or similar systems
  • Good knowledge of Zakat, VAT, and Saudi financial regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication skills (Arabic & English important)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼3,000.00 - ﷼3,500.00 per month
