Job Description:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our growing team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate must have 2 to 4 years of accounting experience within the Gulf region and should be capable of handling both accounting and basic purchasing responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and manage day-to-day accounting tasks
- Prepare financial reports, reconciliations, and documentation as required
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Assist with monthly closings and financial statements
- Handle supplier coordination, purchase orders, and basic procurement tasks
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely purchasing and delivery
- Maintain proper filing and documentation for accounting and procurement activities
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in the Gulf region
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems)
- Familiarity with purchasing processes and supplier coordination
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills in English
