Accountant – Green Plus Shipping & Logistics (Dubai)

Company Overview:
Green Plus Shipping & Logistics is a fast-growing logistics and freight solutions provider based in Dubai. We are expanding our operations and seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations and financial records
• Prepare invoices, credit notes, and payment receipts
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
• Maintain general ledger accuracy
• Coordinate with internal teams for budgeting and cost control
• Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and VAT filing
• Assist during internal and external audits

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2–4 years of accounting experience (logistics/shipping industry preferred)
• Proficiency in Tally / QuickBooks/ Odoo / ERP systems
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT rules and filing
• Excellent MS Excel and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
