MajeStay Tourism is a growing company in the travel and hospitality sector, offering unique tourism experiences and high-quality services to clients worldwide. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team and support our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the company’s financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
• Oversee tax filings, VAT returns, and compliance with government regulations.
• Develop and implement internal financial controls and procedures.
• Monitor cash flow, budgets, and forecasts to support business decision-making.
• Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation.
• Support management with financial analysis, reporting, and recommendations for cost optimization.
• Lead and mentor junior accountants in the finance team.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance.
• Minimum of 5+ years of accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, IFRS, and financial regulations.
• Experience in the tourism, hospitality, or service industry is an advantage.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally and CRM Software).
• Strong knowledge in Ninthware System.
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
