Accountant (UAE Experience Required | SME | Multi-Branch)

Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Accountant to manage end-to-end accounting operations for 5 branches in Dubai and 1 branch in Riyadh. This role is ideal for someone who can work independently and handle full financial responsibilities within an SME environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations across multiple branches
• Handle accounts payable & receivable, invoicing, and collections
• Perform bank reconciliations and monthly closings
• Prepare financial reports (P&L, cash flow, balance sheet)
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and filings
• Support KSA VAT (ZATCA) coordination
• Process payroll and WPS compliance (UAE)
• Maintain accurate records and audit-ready documentation

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years UAE accounting experience (mandatory)
• Experience in multi-branch or SME accounting preferred
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT (KSA VAT is a plus)
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Zoho, Tally, etc.)
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Work Setup

• Flexible: Remote or On-site (Dubai)
• Must be available during UAE working hours
