We are looking to hire an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Tally, VAT filing, Accounts Receivable and Payables, and customer invoicing.

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Accountant to manage our financial records and ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts. The role involves working with Tally, handling VAT filing, managing accounts receivable and payables, and following up on customer payments. The ideal candidate should also have strong communication skills, especially for interacting with clients and following up on outstanding payments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and maintain accurate accounting records using Tally software.
• Handle VAT filing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable and ensure timely payments and collections.
• Generate invoices for customers and follow up on pending payments.
• Perform regular payment follow-ups with clients through phone calls and emails.
• Assist with financial reporting, account reconciliation, and audits as needed.
• Ensure that all accounting procedures and processes are in line with company policies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Tally software and basic accounting principles.
• Experience in VAT filing and familiarity with tax regulations.
• Knowledge of accounts receivable and payable processes.
• Ability to generate customer invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to follow up with clients in a professional manner.
• Minimum 1 year UAE experience required.

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
