Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily accounting transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, records, and reports.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary financial documentation.
  • Process invoices, payments, and expense reports efficiently.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to management.
  • Communicate effectively in Arabic and English with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Proficiency in Arabic (mandatory) and good command of English.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, SAP, or similar).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in UAE or GCC accounting practices.
  • Knowledge of VAT regulations and compliance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
