Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Accountant with strong hands-on experience in SAGE 50 to manage financial operations, reporting, and project-related accounting activities. The candidate must be capable of handling full accounting cycles using SAGE 50 and ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting activities using SAGE 50
• Record and monitor all financial transactions (AP, AR, GL)
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate ledgers
• Generate financial reports directly from SAGE 50
• Handle invoicing, supplier payments, and collections
• Track project costs and monitor budgets vs actual expenses
• Maintain proper documentation and audit-ready records
• Assist in monthly closing and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience
• Mandatory: Strong working experience in SAGE 50
• Experience in project-based accounting is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in construction, engineering, or project environments
• Knowledge of cost control and financial tracking
• Familiarity with local financial regulations in Qatar

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
