Accountant

We are looking for a detail - oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial operations for our Labour supply company in Dubai. The candidate will be responsible for handling invoices, payroll processing, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare and manage client invoices and follow up on payments

* Handle payroll processing for labour and staff (including overtime, WPS, etc.)

* Maintain accounts payable and receivable

* Record daily financial transactions and maintain ledgers

* Reconcile bank statements and company accounts

* Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and VAT filing

* Prepare monthly financial reports and expense tracking

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

* Minimum 3 - 6 years experience in accounting (preferably in labour supply / construction)

* Knowledge of UAE VAT and WPS payroll system

* Proficiency in Tally / Excel

* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
