  • AP/AR Management: Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including processing invoices and tracking payments. Managing Prepaid Expenses, AMC Accruals.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
  • Reconciliation: Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger accounts monthly to ensure accuracy.
  • Compliance & Tax: Ensure compliance with local regulations (e.g., VAT,).
  • General Ledger: Maintain the general ledger, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
  • Budgeting: Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and expense tracking.
  • Internal Controls: Maintain and improve internal accounting systems to prevent errors and fraud.
  • Comply with financial policies and regulations

Skills required

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • Work experience as an Accountant in Facilities Management, Construction.
  • Knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (IFRS/GAAP)
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software like SAP, Oracle
  • Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
