Job Description / Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Budgeting
Develop annual budgets and financial forecasts for the institute.
Monitor revenue, expenses, and cash flow to ensure financial stability.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies.
Accounting & Financial Reporting
Oversee day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring accuracy in bookkeeping.
Supervise the junior accountant in processing invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and other financial laws.
Cash Flow & Fee Management
Monitor tuition fee collections, payment plans, and outstanding balances.
Implement financial controls to manage receivables and payables efficiently.
Ensure timely payroll processing and vendor payments.
Compliance & Audit
Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations, CT and tax laws.
Coordinate with external auditors for financial audits and reports.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for audits.
Financial Strategy & Decision Support
Provide financial insights to the management team for decision-making.
Develop financial policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Assist in pricing strategies for courses and training programs.
Team Supervision & Coordination
Supervise and mentor the junior accountant, ensuring efficiency in daily tasks.
