U.S. Experience Accountant / Bookkeeper (Night Shift – On-site)

Shift: Night Shift ( 6pm - 3am )

Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable Mid-Level Accountant / Bookkeeper to support U.S.-based clients during night shift hours. The role requires hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and Desktop (mandatory) and a solid understanding of U.S. bookkeeping practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate books for U.S. clients using QuickBooks Online & Desktop
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
• Manage A/P, A/R, and general ledger entries
• Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Support payroll processing and tax-ready financials
• Handle catch-up and clean-up bookkeeping
• Communicate with clients via email and video calls

Requirements

• Minimum 1.5+ years of full-time, on-site experience
• Prior night shift experience supporting U.S.-based clients
• Mandatory proficiency in QuickBooks Online & Desktop
• Strong understanding of U.S. accounting workflows
• Good written and verbal English communication
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Tools

• QuickBooks Online & Desktop (Mandatory)
• Excel / Google Sheets
• Preferred: Xero, Zoho Books, payroll tools (Gusto, ADP)

Pay: From Rs80,000.00 per month
