Accountant / Finance Manager

Location: Dubai, UAE

We are a growing company based in Dubai providing outsourced accounting and financial support services to international clients. We are looking for a professional and detail-oriented Accountant / Finance Manager to join our team and support daily financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage accounting operations for company clients on an outsourced basis

· Prepare and maintain financial records, invoices, and accounting documentation

· Handle banking operations, including payments, transfers, and bank reconciliations

· Enter and maintain financial information in accounting systems, databases, and CRM

· Assist with preparation of financial reports and documentation

· Ensure proper organization and accuracy of accounting records

· Communicate with banks, partners, and service providers when required

· Support management and execute tasks assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

· 2–5 years of accounting or finance experience

· Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial documentation

· Experience with accounting software, databases, or CRM systems

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

· Fluent English

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience working in the UAE accounting environment

· Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations

· Experience working with outsourced accounting services
