Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance with regulations, and support the company’s financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
  • Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
  • Prepare monthly SOA
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
  • Process payroll and monitor employee expenses (if applicable)
  • Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits
  • Maintain general ledger and ensure proper documentation of transactions
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Odoo, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CMA) is an advantage
  • Experience in FMCG (Required)
  • Knowledge of local tax regulations and compliance
  • With valid Visa & NOC

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Accounting: 2 years (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
