Belle Homes Real Estate is a premier real estate firm based in the Dubai Airport Freezone (DAFZA). As we navigate the evolving financial landscape of the UAE, we are looking for a dedicated Accountant to join our team. We are looking for a professional who operates with transparency and precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Invoicing: Manage all accounts receivable and payable, ensuring accurate invoicing for property sales, rentals, and commissions.
• VAT Filing: Perform quarterly VAT calculations and timely submissions via the FTA portal, ensuring full compliance with UAE VAT laws.
• Corporate Tax Compliance: Assist in the preparation for UAE Corporate Tax registration and reporting.
• Financial Reporting: Generate monthly P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
• Audit Readiness: Maintain "audit-ready" books, ensuring all transactions are backed by proper documentation in line with Transfer Pricing and Arm’s Length principles.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: You must have at least 2 years of experience in a full-cycle accounting role.
• Software Proficiency: Must be highly proficient in Zoho Books or QuickBooks. You should be able to manage charts of accounts and generate automated financial reports with ease.
• Tax Knowledge: Solid understanding of the UAE tax regime, including VAT and the newly implemented Corporate Tax regulations for Free Zone entities.
• Honest Work: We are looking for a person of high integrity. You must be committed to accurate reporting and ethical financial practices.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. (CPA, ACCA, or CMA candidates preferred).
• Location: Must be able to work on-site at our office in DAFZA, Dubai.
