is hiring on behalf of a client for a trustworthy and detail-oriented Accountant to manage the personal financial affairs of senior management and their family office-related activities.
We are looking for a highly organized professional with strong accounting knowledge, confidentiality, and the ability to independently manage personal financial transactions, records, reporting, and coordination with external parties.
Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day personal financial transactions and bookkeeping for management

Maintain accurate records of expenses, payments, bank statements, and reconciliations

Handle personal accounts payable and receivable activities

Coordinate with banks, auditors, consultants, lawyers, and other service providers when required

Prepare monthly financial summaries, expense reports, and cash flow tracking

Monitor bill payments, subscriptions, renewals, and personal asset-related expenses

Assist in budgeting and tracking personal investments and expenditures

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial and personal information at all times

Organize and maintain financial documentation and filing systems

Support management with ad hoc administrative and financial tasks

Ensure compliance with relevant financial procedures and documentation standards
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or personal finance management

Prior experience handling personal accounts, family office operations, or management affairs is preferred

Strong knowledge of MS Excel and accounting systems

High attention to detail and accuracy

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters professionally

Good communication and coordination skills

Experience in the UAE market is preferred
