Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial performance across multiple hospitality outlets.
- Reconcile revenue reports from POS systems, hotel management systems, and payment gateways.
- Ensure accurate recording of sales, expenses, payroll, and inventory transactions.
- Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Maintain compliance with local accounting standards, tax laws, and company policies.
- Process supplier payments and manage vendor account reconciliations.
- Support payroll preparation and employee expense reimbursements.
- Monitor food & beverage cost controls and operational expenses.
- Assist management with financial analysis and business performance insights.
- Maintain organized financial records and accounting documentation.
- Support implementation and improvement of accounting systems and internal controls.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in hospitality, hotels, or restaurants.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience with accounting software and hospitality POS systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.
- Knowledge of VAT/tax regulations and payroll processing.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple entities or outlets.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per hour
