Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial performance across multiple hospitality outlets.
  • Reconcile revenue reports from POS systems, hotel management systems, and payment gateways.
  • Ensure accurate recording of sales, expenses, payroll, and inventory transactions.
  • Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
  • Maintain compliance with local accounting standards, tax laws, and company policies.
  • Process supplier payments and manage vendor account reconciliations.
  • Support payroll preparation and employee expense reimbursements.
  • Monitor food & beverage cost controls and operational expenses.
  • Assist management with financial analysis and business performance insights.
  • Maintain organized financial records and accounting documentation.
  • Support implementation and improvement of accounting systems and internal controls.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in hospitality, hotels, or restaurants.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Experience with accounting software and hospitality POS systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of VAT/tax regulations and payroll processing.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple entities or outlets.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per hour
