Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Tax Invoices and LPOs for suppliers
  • Create Quotations for customers
  • Manage daily income and expenses
  • Generate monthly financial reports
  • File and remit taxes and other regulatory obligations
  • Maintain accurate accounting records using QuickBooks
  • Reconcile bank statements and bookkeeping records
  • Coordinate with external auditors

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of UAE experience in accounting
  • Strong knowledge of accounting rules and procedures
  • Hands-on experience with QuickBooks
  • Excellent data entry and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience in the construction or contracting industry is an advantage
