Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare Tax Invoices and LPOs for suppliers
- Create Quotations for customers
- Manage daily income and expenses
- Generate monthly financial reports
- File and remit taxes and other regulatory obligations
- Maintain accurate accounting records using QuickBooks
- Reconcile bank statements and bookkeeping records
- Coordinate with external auditors
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of UAE experience in accounting
- Strong knowledge of accounting rules and procedures
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks
- Excellent data entry and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience in the construction or contracting industry is an advantage
