Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage daily financial operations and maintain accurate financial records. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, knowledge of accounting principles, and the ability to handle financial tasks efficiently while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and daily accounting entries.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Prepare invoices, vouchers, and expense reports.
• Assist in monthly salary processing and payroll coordination.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow activities.
• Prepare financial reports and support management with budgeting information.
• Maintain records of company expenses, payments, and transactions.
• Ensure timely filing and organization of financial documents.
• Assist in tax-related documentation and compliance matters.
• Coordinate with management regarding financial planning and reporting.
• Monitor petty cash and maintain expense tracking records.
• Support internal audits and financial verification processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, B.Com, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of accounting experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy in financial records.
• Good communication and time management skills.
