Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accountant located in Dubai. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, conducting financial analysis, and ensuring accurate reporting. Day-to-day tasks include handling accounts payable and receivable, processing payroll, reconciling accounts, preparing budgets, and ensuring compliance with legal and corporate financial regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting principles
• Minimum 2 years of Big 10 accounting experience.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Technical expertise in GL reconciliation, bank reconciliation, and data entry.
• Practical knowledge of the full accounting cycle.
• At least 2 years of QuickBooks experience.
• Suitably qualified (minimum ACCA finalist or equivalent).
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing
• Strong financial analysis, forecasting, and cost management skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines
• Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance standards
• Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CMA) is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Immediately available to join.
