Accountant

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our growing team in the UAE. The role involves managing and overseeing financial accounting and reporting across multiple entities within the group, ensuring accurate consolidation, regulatory compliance, and timely reporting to senior management and the CEO.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and consolidate financial statements for group companies
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and corporate tax regulations
• Monitor intercompany transactions and reconciliations
• Review general ledger entries and journal postings
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis reports
• Coordinate with external auditors during audits
• Ensure adherence to IFRS and company accounting policies
• Support management with financial insights and decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CMA) preferred
• 3-5 years of accounting experience (preferably in UAE or GCC)
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and UAE VAT laws
• Experience in group consolidation accounting
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar)
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
