Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, supporting daily accounting operations, and working closely with our ERP system, with a strong emphasis on Odoo CRM and Accounting modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of all transactions
• Prepare and manage invoices, receipts, and payments
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and prepare VAT returns
• Work on Odoo CRM for tracking customer transactions, invoices, and sales-related financial data
• Coordinate between CRM, Sales, and Accounting modules within Odoo
• Assist with budgeting and financial planning
• Coordinate with auditors and support audit processes
• Maintain proper filing system (digital and physical)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 2–4 years of accounting experience (UAE experience preferred)
• Hands-on experience with Odoo CRM and Accounting modules is a MUST
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT laws and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in contracting, ELV, or technical services companies
• Knowledge of project-based accounting
• Familiarity with UAE compliance requirements (FTA, audits, etc.)
