Accountant

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our construction company. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in the construction field and be capable of handling financial operations efficiently.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction accounting required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Experience in Wafeq and Tally accounting software is mandatory
• Knowledge of VAT regulations in the UAE
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial management tools
• Open for Arab Nationalities
• Male or Female candidates are welcome to apply
• Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and accounts
• Prepare invoices, payment certificates, and follow up on receivables
• Handle supplier payments and subcontractor accounts
• Manage petty cash and site expenses
• Prepare monthly financial reports and cost analysis
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting for projects
• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE financial regulations
• Coordinate with project managers and procurement team for cost control

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: AED 4500 – AED 5000
• Visa provided by the company
• Telephone allowance provided
• Other benefits as per UAE labor law
