Accountant

Line Prefab is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, preferably with experience in the Altravest system and a minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the same field or a closely related industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial transactions.
• Prepare accurate financial statements, reports, and supporting schedules.
• Maintain and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, financial regulations, and internal company policies.
• Support internal and external audit processes and provide required documentation.
• Maintain accurate financial records and safeguard confidentiality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.
• Experience in the same field is preferred.
• Experience with Altravest is preferable.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, and reporting processes.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational ability, and analytical thinking.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with internal teams.
