Job Summary

WBM International is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join its Finance & Accounts Department. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant accounting experience and a strong understanding of financial reporting, bookkeeping, taxation, and reconciliation processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
• Prepare and update ledgers, vouchers, and journal entries.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Process vendor payments and employee reimbursements.
• Support tax filing, audits, and financial documentation.
• Maintain accurate records using accounting software and ERP systems.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial matters.
• Prepare management reports and financial analyses as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, B.Com, BBA (Finance), or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and finance.
• Strong command of MS Excel and accounting software.
• Knowledge of taxation, financial reporting, and bookkeeping principles.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and maintain confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems.
• Knowledge of payroll processing.
• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, e-commerce, or retail industries will be an advantage.

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
