Accountant

The experienced Accountant (must have completed ACCA) is responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

· Financial Reporting

o Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

o Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial data.

· General Ledger Management

o Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.

o Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded.

· Budgeting and Forecasting

o Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.

o Monitor budget performance and report variances.

· Accounts Payable and Receivable

o Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.

o Ensure timely invoicing and payment of bills.

· Tax Compliance

o Prepare and file tax returns in compliance with local regulations.

o Stay updated on changes in tax laws and implement necessary adjustments.

· Audit and Compliance

o Support internal and external audit processes.

o Ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures.

· Financial Analysis

o Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions.

o Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data.

· Process Improvement

o Identify opportunities for process improvements in financial operations.

o Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

· Collaboration and Support

o Work closely with other departments to support financial needs.

o Provide financial guidance and support to management
