The position assists the SGM Security in managing day-to-day security operations through strong administrative control, accurate reporting, and compliance monitoring. The ideal candidate must be proficient in MS Office, documentation, and maintaining security-related records.Key Responsibilities:1. Reporting &amp; Documentation (Primary Role)<ul><li>Prepare and maintain duty rosters, attendance sheets, and daily incident reports.</li><li>Compile daily updates, situation reports, and management summaries for GM Security.</li><li>Maintain digital and physical security documentation, registers, and logs.</li><li>Record incidents and support investigations with proper documentation trails.</li></ul>2. Coordination &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Assist GM Security in implementing security SOPs across all company sites.</li><li>Coordinate with maintenance teams regarding lighting, access points, and equipment issues.</li><li>Support communication and coordination with external agencies (police, emergency services) when required.</li></ul>3. Operational Monitoring<ul><li>Review daily deployment reports of guards and supervisors submitted to the office.</li><li>Ensure compliance with discipline, uniform standards, and duty assignments through documented feedback.</li><li>Conduct periodic office-based checks on gate entries, CCTV logs, and access records.</li></ul>4. Access &amp; Gate Management Oversight<ul><li>Monitor gate operations through reports, logs, and CCTV checks.</li><li>Ensure visitor and contractor documentation is accurate and properly maintained.</li><li>Verify that identity checks, visitor cards, and vehicle records follow SOPs.</li></ul>5. CCTV &amp; Incident Monitoring<ul><li>Monitor CCTV performance through the control room reports.</li><li>Ensure faults, incidents, and malfunctions are properly documented and escalated.</li><li>Support incident response through timely reporting and coordination.</li></ul>6. Staff Training &amp; Conduct Oversight<ul><li>Maintain records of staff briefings, duty handovers, and training sessions.</li><li>Document and report indiscipline, absenteeism, and performance issues to GM Security.</li></ul>Job Specification:Education:<ul><li>Intermediate (FA/FSc) required; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred.</li><li>Security or Safety Management certificates are an advantage.</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>5&ndash;7 years of experience in security operations within a housing society, mall, hospital, or industrial setup.</li><li>Age: 28&ndash;40 years.</li><li>Strong experience in documentation, reporting, and MS Office (Excel, Word, digital logs).</li><li>Experience supervising security staff is essential.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Excellent documentation and reporting abilities.</li><li>Strong command of MS Office and digital security logs.</li><li>Knowledge of CCTV, gate access, and visitor management systems.</li><li>Strong coordination and communication skills.</li><li>Disciplined, responsible, physically fit, and vigilant.</li></ul>Working Conditions:<ul><li>Office-based role with field checks as required.</li><li>12-hour rotational shift (day/night depending on operational need).</li><li>Must be available for emergency calls.</li><li>Residence &amp; food benefits provided by the company.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What is your age?
