Job posted by:linkedin.com/in/sohaib-z-152a898bThe Deputy Manager Security assists the GM Security in supervising and coordinating the day-to-day security operations across the company. The position ensures proper deployment, discipline, and performance of security staff, monitors gate operations and CCTV surveillance, and ensures compliance with company security policies for the safety of people, property, and assets within the premises.Key Responsibilities:1. Reporting &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Maintain duty rosters, attendance sheets, and daily incident reports.</li><li>Submit daily updates and situation reports to GM Security.</li><li>Record all security-related incidents and assist in investigations when required.</li></ul>2. Coordination &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Assist GM Security in implementing security SOPs.</li><li>Liaise with maintenance staff for lighting, gates, or equipment issues related to security.</li><li>Support coordination with external agencies or police when required.</li></ul>3. Operational Supervision<ul><li>Supervise Security Supervisors and Guards during assigned shifts.</li><li>Ensure guards are punctual, properly dressed, and alert on duty.</li><li>Check deployment at gates, towers, and patrol routes.</li><li>Conduct daily and surprise inspections to ensure vigilance and discipline.</li></ul>4. Access &amp; Gate Management<ul><li>Monitor entry and exit of residents, visitors, vendors, and vehicles.</li><li>Ensure visitor and contractor record is properly maintained in registers or electronic systems.</li><li>Verify identity checks, visitor cards, and vehicle stickers are properly used.</li></ul>5. Surveillance &amp; Incident Monitoring<ul><li>Regularly monitor CCTV control room operations and ensure cameras are functional.</li><li>Report any suspicious activity or malfunction immediately to GM Security.</li><li>Respond promptly to alarms or emergency calls.</li></ul>6. Staff Training &amp; Conduct<ul><li>Brief guards on their duties, conduct, and communication protocols.</li><li>Ensure proper handover between shifts.</li><li>Report indiscipline, absenteeism, or negligence among security staff to GM Security.</li></ul>Job Specification:Education:<ul><li>Minimum Intermediate (FA/FSc) or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred.</li><li>Security or Safety Management course / certificate will be an added advantage.</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>5&ndash;7 years of relevant experience in a housing society, mall, hospital, or industrial security setup.</li><li>Age: 28 to 40 years.</li><li>Experience in supervising guards and managing shift operations is essential.</li><li>Able to use computer proficiently.</li><li>Strong documentation &amp; reporting through softwares (MS Office).</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Strong supervision and discipline enforcement.</li><li>Knowledge of CCTV, access control, and visitor management systems.</li><li>Ability to prepare daily security reports.</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills.</li><li>Physically fit, alert, and active on field rounds.</li><li>Honest, punctual, and responsible.</li></ul>Working Conditions:<ul><li>12-hour rotational shifts (day/night, depends upon requirement).</li><li>Must be available on-call for emergency response.</li><li>Residence &amp; food benefit will be provided by the company</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What is your age?
