Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding their needs and providing excellent service.Sales Growth: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned customer base. Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.Account Management: Manage customer accounts, including addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely follow-up on sales leads. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company&rsquo;s products and services. Communicate product features and benefits effectively to customers.Sales Process: Support the sales process from lead generation to closing deals. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Use insights to adjust sales tactics and approaches.Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends. Provide insights and recommendations to the Manager Sales and GM Sales.Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and deliver a seamless customer experience.Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations. Maintain accurate records and documentation of sales transactions.Requirements: Minimum Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry. Experience in customer relationship &amp; sales management is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills &amp; must be presentable.Sales Expertise: Strong knowledge of sales techniques and best practices. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.Customer Focus: Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to understanding and meeting customer needs. Ability to address customer concerns and ensure satisfaction.Communication Skills: Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively with customers.Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customer accounts and sales activities.Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
