Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting experience in the UAE construction industry.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in the UAE.
• Mandatory experience in the Construction Industry.
• Strong knowledge of UAE accounting practices, VAT regulations, and financial reporting.
• Experience handling accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, payroll, and general ledger entries.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Must be available for immediate joining.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting transactions and financial records.
• Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports.
• Handle supplier payments and customer collections.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Assist with VAT filing and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with auditors and support year-end closing activities.
• Maintain accurate records of project-related costs and expenses.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with construction project accounting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
