Accountant

Accountant Required – Transport Company (UAE)

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Accountant to join our transport company.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Prepare and manage bus rental invoices accurately.
• Maintain records of trips, operations, expenses, and payments.
• Follow up with clients for outstanding payments and collections.
• Coordinate with the operations team to collect trip records and supporting documents.
• Manage company documents, contracts, and filing systems.
• Prepare financial reports and maintain proper accounting records.
• Ensure timely invoicing and payment reconciliation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the transport industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, invoicing, and document management.
• Experience in payment collection and client follow-up.
• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
• Must be able to visit clients when required for invoice submission and payment collection.
• Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
• Knowledge of Malayalam and basic Arabic will be an advantage.
• Must be trustworthy, responsible, and well organized.
• Good computer skills and experience with accounting/invoicing software.

Visa Requirement:

• Candidate must currently have their own valid visa.
• Visa transfer to the company may be provided after successful performance and completion of the evaluation period.

Preferred:

• Experience handling bus rental invoices and transport-related accounting.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills for payment collection.

Salary will be increase incase of good work and more than 1 year of support to the

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sharjah: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
