Senior Accountant – Healthcare / Medical Center

Location: Dubai, UAE

Trusta Medical Center is seeking an experienced and highly organized Senior Accountant to join our growing team.

We are looking for a trustworthy, detail-oriented, and proactive professional with previous accounting experience in the UAE healthcare sector. The ideal candidate must have strong financial reporting skills, a solid understanding of UAE taxation and compliance requirements, and the ability to manage the financial operations of a busy medical center.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in the UAE
• Previous experience in a medical center, clinic, or healthcare facility is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax and VAT regulations
• Experience with payroll processing and employee compensation management
• Advanced knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• High level of integrity, honesty, confidentiality, and professionalism
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting and financial operations of the medical center
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Monitor clinic revenue, expenses, profitability, and cash flow
• Prepare detailed financial and performance reports for each doctor and department
• Track treatment costs, medical consumables, inventory usage, and operational expenses
• Analyze doctor performance, revenue generation, and treatment profitability
• Process payroll accurately and ensure timely salary payments
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and financial regulations
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities
• Monitor budgets and provide recommendations to improve financial efficiency
• Maintain complete confidentiality of all financial and business information
