Job Overview:

Awan Homeopathic Clinic & Research Center is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and supporting the organization's financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily financial transactions and accounting records
• Prepare vouchers, invoices, receipts, and payment records
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash records
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and statements
• Support payroll processing and expense management
• Maintain accurate documentation and filing systems
• Coordinate with management regarding financial matters
• Ensure compliance with applicable financial procedures

Requirements:

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field (B.Com/M.Com Preffered)

Experience

• 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience
• Experience in the healthcare sector will be an advantage

Skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Experience with accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or healthcare/clinical management software
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Good organizational and record-keeping abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
