Accountant

Accountant Required – Abu Dhabi

A contracting company based in Abu Dhabi is seeking to hire an experienced Accountant to join its team.

Job Responsibilities:

* Prepare daily journal entries and financial reports

* Manage general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable

* Prepare monthly and annual financial statements

* Monitor cash flow and control expenses

* Prepare VAT reports and ensure compliance with UAE regulations

* Coordinate with management on financial analysis and decision-making

Requirements:

* Minimum 4 years of experience within the UAE

* Previous experience in the contracting/construction field (mandatory)

* Proficiency in QuickBooks

* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel

* Strong analytical skills with attention to detail

* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

* Ready to join immediately
