Our company is urgently looking for a Accountant. Preferably with at least 2 years of UAE Experience.

Job Description

Accounting Duties:

  • Financial Record Keeping
  • Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards.
  • Keep up to date with changes in laws that affect financial practices.
  • Maintain and update financial records.
  • Record all financial transactions accurately (e.g., invoices, receipts, payments).
  • Preparing Financial Statements
  • Prepare balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and other reports.
  • Ensure financial statements comply with regulatory standards (e.g., IFRS or GAAP).
  • Budgeting and Forecasting
  • Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Monitor actual spending vs. budget and highlight variances.
  • Tax Preparation and Compliance
  • Prepare and file tax returns (corporate, VAT, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws and timely payments.
  • Liaise with tax authorities when required.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable
  • Monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely collections.
  • Manage accounts payable to ensure timely payments.
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Reconcile bank statements with internal records regularly.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies.
  • Audit and Internal Controls
  • Support internal and external audits.
  • Implement and monitor internal financial controls to prevent fraud.
  • Financial Analysis
  • Analyze financial data to support decision-making.
  • Provide insights on cost-saving opportunities and profitability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • HR And Accounting: 2 years (Required)
