Accountant

We’re Hiring: Accountant – Real Estate Industry

Location: GFS Builders & Developers – DHA Office, Karachi
Experience: 1-2 Years (Real Estate Background Preferred)

GFS Builders & Developers is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with a strong background in the Real Estate industry to join our DHA Office team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing payments, and supporting project-based accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations
• Prepare financial statements, vouchers, ledgers, and bank reconciliations
• Handle customer payments, vendor invoices, and petty cash
• Maintain bookkeeping and project-wise financial tracking
• Assist in monthly closing and financial reporting
• Work closely with sales, recovery, and finance teams
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies

Requirements:

• Bachelors in Commerce, Accounting
• 1–2 years of accounting experience
• Real Estate or Builders & Developers experience is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel & accounting software (QuickBooks/ERP)
• Excellent analytical and documentation skills
• Ability to handle workload and meet deadlines
