Urgently looking for a highly skilled and experienced Accountant. (TAGALOG SPEAKERS ONLY ), Must be an Immediate joiner.

Responsibilities:

• Review and process supplier invoices for payment approval.
• Reconcile supplier statements on a monthly basis and prior to initiating payments.
• Coordinate and submit supplier payments for management approval.
• Ensure weekly and monthly bank statement reconciliations are completed.
• Prepare and review cash flow reports on an annual, monthly, weekly, and daily basis for management review.
• Review supplier contracts and purchase orders, providing feedback to authorized signatories before committing the company to third-party agreements.
• Oversee monthly payroll processing, manage WPS transfers, distribute cash payments, and prepare payslips.
• Complete monthly closing of financial books and records.
• Prepare monthly account reconciliations.
• Generate and review monthly financial reports, including:
• Actual vs. Budget Profit & Loss Report
• Balance Sheet
• Monthly Cash Flow Report
• Cost Analysis Report
• Daily Sales Analysis Report
• Implement and maintain the QuickBooks accounting system.
• Maintain day-to-day accounting records in QuickBooks.
• Manage petty cash and accurately record all related transactions.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by management.

Salary : AED 7000
