Accountant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our real estate company in Dubai.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

· Minimum 2 years of continuous experience with the previous employer.

· UAE accounting experience preferred.

· Experience in the real estate sector is an advantage.

· Knowledge of VAT, bookkeeping, financial reporting, and bank reconciliations.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

· A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain financial records and prepare weekly/monthly /yearly reports
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Monitor bank statements and company accounts
• Prepare VAT returns and ensure compliance with UAE regulations
• Assist with budgeting and financial analysis
• Support audits and other finance-related activities

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
