Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with a minimum of 2 years of UAE accounting experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations, and supporting the organization's financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounting records.
• Prepare and process journal entries, invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, and customer accounts.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and prepare VAT returns.
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Handle payroll processing and related accounting entries.
• Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Support management with financial analysis and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and tax compliance.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
