Accountant

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant with proven experience in the healthcare sector to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial transactions.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Process payroll and ensure compliance with UAE labor regulations.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, and cash flow.
• Coordinate with auditors and support annual audit activities.
• Ensure compliance with VAT regulations and financial reporting standards.
• Reconcile insurance claims, patient billing, and healthcare revenue streams.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in a healthcare facility (Medical Center, Clinic, Hospital, Homecare, or Pharmacy).
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
