Accountant

Trustbend Packers & Movers is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a finance professional who is passionate about maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the financial operations of our growing logistics and relocation business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and maintain daily financial transactions in the accounting system.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and journal entries accurately.
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure financial records are updated regularly.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Monitor cash flow and support budgeting and financial planning activities.
• Prepare VAT documentation and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations.
• Support internal and external audits by providing accurate financial records.
• Coordinate with other departments regarding payments, invoices, and financial documentation.
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling all financial information.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in accounting or finance-related roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, and accounting software or ERP systems.
• Familiarity with VAT regulations and financial compliance in the UAE is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and professional integrity.
