Accountant (2–3 Years Experience)

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant with 2–3 years of professional experience to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a fluent English accent suitable for client interactions in the UK market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and journal entries.

• Prepare financial statements, reports, and supporting documentation.

• Handle accounts payable/receivable and maintain accurate financial records.

• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

• Liaise with UK-based clients and colleagues effectively in English.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

• Assist in financial analysis and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).

• Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral or UK-accented tone.

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
