Accountant (5+ Years Experience Required)

Job Title: Accountant / Accounting Executive

Location: Jumeirah, Dubai, UAE

Position Type: Full-time, Monday to Saturday (8:00am to 6:00pm)

Salary Range: AED 2,500 to AED 4,000 per month

***Mandatory Requirements***:

· Must be able to commute to Mina Road, Jumeirah 1.

· Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

· Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience.

· Valid driver's license.

· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel formulas, VBOs, and Macros.

· Knowledge of the Tally AND Quickbooks accounting system.

· Must have own visa

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Accounting Executive to join our team. As our Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day accounts, entries, banking reconciliations, cash management, VAT return filings, Corporate Tax filings, general ledger, petty cash management, and other administrative tasks. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Excel formulas, VBOs, Macros, and knowledge of the Tally accounting system are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day accounting tasks including journal entries, accounts payable and receivable, and financial reporting.

Perform banking reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial records.

Manage cash flow effectively and ensure proper cash management procedures are followed.

Assist with inquiries to suppliers, customer relationship management (CRM), and database management.

Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel formulas, VBOs, and Macros for data analysis and reporting.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Tally accounting system.

Additional Requirements:

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to work independently and in a team.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary:

The monthly salary for this position will be between AED 2,500 and AED 3,200, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Contract Duration:

The selected candidate should be open to working long-term, with a minimum commitment of a 2-year contract.
