Accountant / Accounts Manager

Role Overview

The Accountant / Accounts Manager will handle the full spectrum of accounting functions including bookkeeping, statutory compliance, payroll, inventory accounting, and financial reporting. The role requires strong accuracy, discipline, confidentiality, and experience in a manufacturing or jewellery environment.

Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
• 2–7 years of relevant accounting experience
• Experience in jewellery or manufacturing industry preferred

Skills & Competencies

• · Strong knowledge of Tally Prime / ERP systems
• · Good understanding of GST, TDS, PF, ESI & statutory laws
• · Excellent numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality
• · Ability to work under pressure, especially during audits/month-end
• · Team coordination, problem-solving, and time-management skills
• · Experience in a manufacturing or jewellery unit is an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
